If you do not contact the customer support centre directly, reimbursement of your expenses may be refused, reduced or delayed.

Where can I find the emergency assistance number?

The number can be found on your travel insurance certificate and wallet card. It is also indicated in the policy booklet you received.

If you are abroad, you should first dial the international code for the country, then the toll-free emergency assistance number.

For example, if you are in Australia, dial 0011 + the phone number.
